***PLEASE READ: We are providing you with this Weekly Learning Plan on Fridays, so that you can organize the tasks over the weekend with the support of your parents, and then begin them on the Monday after the weekend. You do not need to complete everything on Monday - this weekly plan is meant to be done over the entire week (Monday - Friday), we want you to determine what you choose to complete each day over the week. Answers to many of the Literacy and Math activities will be posted on the Friday’s Learning Plan for the following week.

Dear Parents:
As you know we have been given guidelines from Alberta Education that suggest we provide ~5 hours of schoolwork per week focused mainly on literacy and math. We will work to follow these guidelines and will continue integrating some of our science and social studies work that students have already started. Each week we also hope that you will be able to determine a schedule that works best for your family.
If you have time, we would love to hear from you. vipedenko@cbe.ab.ca or mlsaunders@cbe.ab.ca We are all figuring this out together and we want to make sure the work we are doing is working for you. How did the week go? How was the workload? How did things go for your child? We will do our best to adjust things for the weeks to come based on your feedback.
Take care,
Mrs. Saunders & Mr. Pedenko.
