We continued to rehearse our play and refined some parts. We also got to see our costumes for tomorrow morning. 
How did you show what you learned?
We went through the play over and over and kept adding or taking away lines. 
What do you need to learn next?
We need to preform tomorrow morning!

What did you learn today?
We continued our work with Evergreen Theatre. 
How did you show what you learned?
We created mini-tableaus of what we thought our play could look like. Back in class we drew comics and wrote dialogue that will help to inform our finished product on Friday. 
What do you need to learn next?
We need to learn our lines and actions, keep practicing our performance and preform it on Friday.

We learned about the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

We wrote it down on a piece of paper and discussed what it is. 
What do you need to learn next?
We need to look more into the policies as we've only looked at equality rights.

We learned that a Tweet can only have 140 characters. 
How did you show what you learned?
In our science writing, we know we need to be specific, informative, factual, brief, appropriate and applicable. 
What do you need to learn next?
We need to apply this to our learning in science and begin looking for science current events. We need to focus on the key ideas about what we are reading.

What did you learn today?
We continued to work on our dance performance for tomorrow's assembly. 
How did you show what you learned?
We used serious expressions and are very solemn to show that many people died and that food was scarce. 
What do you need to learn next?
We need to come dressed properly for our performance tomorrow and we get to perform for an audience tomorrow morning.

Terrific Tuesday Test Taking Tips

Highlights
What did you learn today?
We wrote our science test today. One thing we wanted to learn was some test taking strategies. 
How did you show what you learned?
We had some students use headsets to help them concentrate, we made sure to have a snack and a drink of water before we started, on the multiple choice questions, we crossed off the ones we were sure were wrong which left us with only 2 answers to choose from,  (now we had a 50% chance of being right) and we were able to ask for help if we were confused. 
What do you need to learn next?
We can't wait for our next test :-)
