Highlights
What did you learn today?
We learned it is easier to double a fraction and harder to reduce it by half. We also saw that recipes are full of fractions.
How did you show what you learned?
We are taking a favorite recipe and changing the fractions so we can double and half the fractions.
What do you need to learn next?
We need to do the math, type it up and compare our work to the rubric. There are also 2 extensions we could complete - convert the recipe for 60 people OR convert the measurements to metric.
