Agenda:
1 - Novel Recommendation - Due November 14th - that is only 13 days away. Please bring your novel EVERY day to school and back home! You need to be reading every day!!!!
2 - Don't forget to order your photos on line or by paper for Nov. 4th.
3 - Daily Basic Fact practice - Facts for Day One = 3x3, 4x4, 6x5, 9x6
4 - Science: Analyze your fingerprint - Find 3 of the following- bifurcations, ridge endings, lakes, islands and/or deltas. Also, determine if your fingerprint is a loop, whorl, arch or composite. Due Thursday.
5 - Social Studies: Venn Diagram - Due Wednesday.
Highlights
What did you learn today?
We learned what a direct democracy was. We learned that Greece was the only direct democracy and that only men were able to make decisions. We compared this to a representative democracy.
How did you show what you learned?
We used the textbook and are applying our understanding to a Venn Diagram.
What do you need to learn next?
We would like to petition Justin Trudeau to change our type of government to a Direct Democracy...... Said No One Ever! ;-)
