Learning Intention
What did you learn today?
We learned about Mixtures and Chemical Reactions today.
How did you show what you learned?
We observed a reversible change - epsom salt and water and an irreversible change - The Iodine Clock. We knew a chemical reaction occurred because we saw a colour change! The Iodine clock is a mixture of Vitamin C and Iodine, and Hydrogen Peroxide and Starch. Ask me, why did it change colour?
What do you need to learn next?
We need to add what we learned to the front of our Yellow Chemistry Duotang.
