Our Occupational Therapist came to work with our whole class about Time Management skills and working on larger assignments. She will also support us with binder and desk organization in the coming months.

We learned various examples of how these 4 items can be used to get ready for a task and to work on a task. She had us practice using STOP.

Don't be too Cool for Coats!

3 - Tomorrow is Fresh Air Friday - please come dressed to be out in the snow all day tomorrow. Snow pants, winter boots, gloves, toques, warm socks (maybe a 2nd pair), warm coat, etc.
Our next math unit will be looking at fractions and decimals which will lead us into a study of measurement.

We learned how to make a glass mosaic tile. We also learned that glass can be very sharp :-)
How did you show what you learned?
We each got to make a glass tile. Some of us made a colourful design and some made an image of something meaningful.
What do you need to learn next?
We took pictures of each of our pieces so that when they come back and are hung on the chain link fence, we will know which one is ours.
