Agenda:
1- Our Outdoor School on May 2 - May 5th seems far away but we wanted to give you a reminder about these dates and that you can be paying for this overnight field trip online and in installments over the next few months if you would prefer. There will be an informative parent meeting about 1 month prior to our departure so please watch for information about this in the next month or so.
2 - Novel Recommendations will continue tomorrow.
3 - Our grade 5/6s will be visiting Simon Fraser for the performance of The Little Mermaid on March 8th from 9:30 - 11:30.
4 - Just a heads up - Grade 6s will visit Simon Fraser on March 22nd for our grade 7 Transition Day.
5 - Interactive Math Journal will be due on Thursday this week.
6 - March 9th - Our next Spirit Day is Jersey Day and it is Fun Lunch too.
A form has come home to grade 5 students and/or their youngest sibling about intentions for attendance at Dr. EW Coffin next year. Please fill this in and return it by Tuesday. Thank you.

What did you learn today?
We started working with Balance Problems.
How did you show what you learned?
We were given a total for the whole equation. Each shape had a different value and we needed to use clues to figure out what each shape was worth.
What do you need to learn next?
We will do this again next Monday. We will need to determine the answers without help next time.
