What's Happening in Math -
We are currently working on the Shape and Space unit. We have been working with 2D and 3D shapes and naming lines and angles. We are moving into types of quadrilaterals and triangles. Our IMJ allows us to visualize these different concepts and will provide us with our own Personal Math Dictionary when we are all done!
What did you learn today?
We learned how to read a map while at Nose Hill today.
How did you show what you learned?
We had to get to 8 check points by following a map.
What do you need to learn next?
We are going back up to Nose Hill tomorrow to do a similar but more challenging activity.
