What did you learn today?
We learned that two liquids that do not normally mix are called emulsions.
How did you show what you learned?
We added oil to water and added food coloring droplets into the oil. We pushed the food coloring down into the water with an eye dropper.
What do you need to learn next?
We need to come up with a way to separate oil and water.
