We had to say goodbye to one of our fish today. It has been showing signs of not being well for a little while and when we returned from the field trip it was floating and stuck to the filter. We discussed our options as a class and came up a decision as a class. The other 7 fish are still doing well.

Learning Intention
What did you learn today?
We learned that libraries are for way more than just reading.
We learned how the architects made their decisions when they designed the building.

How did you show what you learned?
We had a visit to City Hall and the Library today. We attended a committee meeting in council chambers, toured City Hall with a volunteer tour guide. Had lunch in the library and with our parent volunteers we got to explore the new library. We had a guided tour from Henry's mom and then even got to participate in an impromptu drum circle to finish our day.
What do you need to learn next?
We want to visit the library again and bring our families. There is so much to do there!!! Ask me about all the stuff we can do there when we visit!
