Highlights
What did you learn today?
We had a presentation from Elder Randy Bottle. He shared stories of the Blackfoot people. He reminded us the importance of the buffalo and shared the story of how the horse became important to the Blackfoot people.
How did you show what you learned?
We gathered in the learning commons and listened to his presentation.
What do you need to learn next?
We would like to use what we learned today and apply it to our work on Friday with our tribe. Maybe build teepees using the animals that are important to our tribe. We want to look at how things are named and maybe find out the story of our own name.
